The Wellbeing Programme is aimed at you, if you are an individual who wants to learn about creating work/life balance.
It can be taken as a private 1-2-1 consultation or by organisations to support the wellbeing of their teams.
This module helps them to recognise the signs of stress and burn out and develop ways of coping before it becomes a much bigger problem and leads to mental health issues. up to date and focus on leading with your team rather than at your team.
Confidence building is also an area where leaders and managers struggle. Especially if someone has been promoted from within a team and are now managing their friends. The term imposter syndrome comes up a lot. This module helps them to address why they struggle with their confidence and find methods to deal with the messages we all send ourselves about not being good enough.
Resilience is a module that goes down well as we get people to look at how they got to where they are now and how they have managed difficult situations in the past. We look at ways of building on those strengths and change some of the faulty thinking that stops them achieving what they want to achieve.
