We know we should look after ourselves, but finding the time can feel impossible. This engaging module helps you redefine what 'Physical Wellbeing' means personally, moving beyond quick fixes and 'yo-yo' dieting towards a healthy, sustainable attitude to self-care.
You will identify the personal barriers currently preventing you from integrating physical activity and then devise a practical plan for incorporating small, impactful changes.
We will use fun, interactive activities to explore the NHS Eatwell Guide to understand balanced portions and healthy eating—no dieting required! You’ll also discover how different exercises, including yoga, can significantly boost both your physical and mental health simultaneously.
Leave with a tailored plan and the motivation to truly care for yourself.
The programme is delivered one-to-one or in small groups of 6–10 participants, in six, three hour sessions.
The programme is flexible. Each client can focus on modules relevant to them.

The number of sessions depends entirely on your goals and what you want to achieve. Most clients find that 4-6 sessions give them the tools, confidence, and strategies they need to make meaningful progress. We'll review your progress regularly, and you're always in control of how long we work together.
Individual modules from The Thrive Programme are available as standalone 1-day courses, allowing you to focus on specific areas such as assertiveness, presenting with confidence, or managing difficult conversations.
Sessions are held at convenient locations tailored to your needs. This could be a private meeting room, a quiet café, or online via video call—whichever works best for you and allows for confidential, focused conversation.

All coaching sessions and many group programmes can be delivered remotely via secure video conferencing, giving you flexibility if you're working from home, traveling, or prefer virtual sessions.
